Why Greensboro:

My husband and I moved to Greensboro just over 2 years ago and have enjoyed the creative energy and rejuvenating spirit of the city. LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE

synerG's Leadership Initiative works to connect Greensboro-area young professionals with volunteer leadership opportunities with the City, County and non-profit organizations. Each year, educational programs are held to learn about our local nonprofit and government sectors along with opportunities to meet leaders in these fields.

In addition, the Leadership Initiative hosts a web portal that allows young professionals to express interest in volunteer service/leadership opportunities throughout Greensboro and Guilford County. Related civic and community organizations looking for new leadership are provided access to the profiles of young talent.
