Lead Your City is synerG’s not-to-be-missed annual summit. Each year, synerG brings together diverse young professionals from Greensboro and beyond to enhance their leadership and professional skills, expand their networks, and prepare for greater success in their workplaces and communities. This year’s summit is set for Thursday, September 4 at the Conference Center at GTCC.

Specifically, summit sessions will directly address critical skill areas identified by local employers in the 2025 Guilford County Talent & Workplace Survey.
