Other Summit Info:

  • Accessibility: The Conference Center at GTCC is a fully accessible campus. A lactation room is available upon request. Please see a staff member for assistance.
  • Breakout Sessions: Three breakout sessions are available during each block. Sessions are first come, first served. If a room is full, please find a different session to attend. There are enough seats collectively between all sessions for everyone to be seated.
  • Food: A light breakfast will be served at 8:30am during check-in. A snack will be available at 10:40am after the first breakout session. Lunch will take place at 12:00pm. The lunch buffet is a taco bar and will accommodate vegeterian and gluten-free diets. At the networking reception, beer, wine, NA beverages and hors d’oeuvres will be served. 
  • Headshots: A free professional headshot is available to every attendee. Headshots are available during check-in and breaks. Headshots will end at 1:30pm. You will receive your headshot digitally after the summit. 
  • Honda Tour: The tour is available to pre-registered guests. Those attending the tour should leave the summit at the end of the panel at 4:10pm. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation and should bring a government-issued ID and wear closed toed shoes. 
  • Parking: Parking is free in the surface lot attached to the building. 
  • The Assembly: Thank you to the team at The Assembly for offering every attendee a free one-year subscription to this digital magazine. The Assembly is your essential guide to North Carolina’s ever-evolving story. They deliver well-researched, compelling narratives that dive deep into the heart of our state’s triumphs, challenges, and complexities.
